The First Public Hydrogen Authority is launching RFP 01-26 to identify qualified suppliers that can support low carbon hydrogen deployment across California.
This solicitation is designed to support both near-term fuel availability and scalable long-term supply as demand grows across public agencies, transit, industry, and power-sector projects.
